Energy drink firm Gatorade has ended its sponsorship of Tiger Woods.

PepsiCo owned Gatorade is the latest major company to cut ties with the superstar golfer following Woods’s admission that he was unfaithful to his wife.

“We no longer see a role for Tiger in our marketing efforts and have ended our relationship,” said a spokeswoman for the beverage maker, which discontinued  its Gatorade Tiger Focus energy drink in December. “We wish him all the best.”

However, Gatorade said it would continue its partnership with the charitable Tiger Woods Foundation.
